blood clots in stool abdominal pain
Together we will overcome cancer More...More...More... Bloating, Bleeding from Bum with clots Register to postSign in to post2 posts since13 Jun 2020Hello Everyone, I am 35 years old and a mother to 2 beautiful girls from 11 and 3. I guess I first had rectal bleeding 18 months ago, but my dad was at the time of dying at the Cancer Hospital so he put him to stress. He had another episode in Jan this year with severe swelling. I went to AgrupE and said I had a compact superior colon. The lower intestine was completely clear that it confused them. As a result, I would refer to the Gastro team. Then Covid happened... Since then I became pregnant and I am currently 19 weeks pregnant. The last three weeks the bleeding has returned. I feel like I can go to the bathroom but all I have is blood and mucus. You feel bad too. Dr did blood tests and feces tests. The results returned my Calprotectin level was very high in 1640 when the normal range is 0-50. Because of the levels on their own, Dr called me a patient suspected of cancer. To say that he dismayed me is an underestimation but trying to stay positive. Great complication is that I'm pregnant and worried. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms and what was the result for you? 1 posts since13 Jun 2020 Have you tried for chroniclers? These symptoms are typical of chronological disease 21 postes since11 Jun 2020 Hello, I just wanted to send a message to say that I am going through a similar thing! I had lost stool levels of extreme calprotectin and then returned to normal now I can't go to the bathroom I have bleeding and mucus and depend on laxatives. They haven't seen my Dr yet. I put my derivation as a non-emergency because of the levels of calprotectin dropping alot but said I could not ignore the fact that the level was still high (first 1500 second a few weeks later 654 and Jan this year was 145) because of Covid still waiting and my anxiety is through the roof and I fear the worst as I have had these problems for 18 months in and out! I hope you get answers and it's not too serious21 posts since11 Jun 2020Are crohns associated with constipation? Everywhere I've looked at only diarrhea26 publications since12 Apr 2020Good morning ClaudiaMadz Lyla I'm so sorry to hear you're suffering. Have you discarded things like piles? These are common in pregnancy. I'm also going through some worrying symptoms and I feel like I'm not getting any answers from professionals. I'm glad Dr did blood and feces tests. Can I asked if your blood tests were okay. My Dr won't do a feces test, but I've had blood tests twice this year so far. Both of you who came back well. I've also had rectal bleeding on and off for two years. When I was pregnant with my DD, I actually ended up in the hospital not with work pains, but with pains in my background for those who laughed at me because they could see some external batteries. Since then I've put my bleeding in batteries. I still have batteries now both internal and external, but they're not the ones who care about me. Since the closure of the batteries seem to have gotten worse and my bowel habits have changed. Dr still thinks that the bleeding is down to the batteries but in March I lost a little weight without trying. I got a lower abdominal scan because I was also experiencing pains in my abdomen. The scan was all clear and should have calmed me however do not look at the intestine in this scan. I am suffering with a lot of pàin de fécula and a feeling of fullness and I cannot go completely to the bathroom. My stools have become thinner over the past week (since starting a feces sink) and this is also worrying because I thought they were meant to help you not change their shape. I had another test on Friday and he could feel a big internal and I'm back in suppositories for this. Dr just decided that maybe I should refer to a specialist. I am concerned that it is a long wait due to COVID and non-emergency referral. All I get is you're young! I'm the same age as you. Do you have a date for your remission? 26 posts since12 Apr 2020 Hello Frankii Please don't worry, though I know it's much easier to say. I also have a lot of anxiety and I know how terrifying this must be for you. I'm glad to hear you're being monitored a lot and are doing stool samples to check your calprotectin levels. My GP told me that there was no point in a stool sample right now because they wouldn't try it because of the risk of COVID in the stools. I'm also experiencing some creepy symptoms and how you've suffered for a while. I've had rectal bleeding for the last two years. I was told that I was going to external lots more than two years ago when my DD was born because the pain of them put me in the hospital not my labor pains. since the blockade my batteries have gotten worse and are not responding to treatments. Dr has done two blood tests and I've had two tests since March of this year. They can still feel at once seeing them. My concerns come from losing weight in March without trying and that has scared me completely. I've also had a change in intestinal habits and my feces have become thinner and looser this past week. I had a scan of the lower abdomen that became clear because I also suffered with pain in my abdomen and had high levels of liver showing in my blood tests. I was convinced I had ovary cancer or something bad with my liver then but I was fine. I guess what I'm trying to say is please don't be afraid of the worst. Often our minds can jump to the worst scenario of the case. I'm trying to get CBT to help my anxieties, but I also know that until I get some answers about my current symptoms, I will also worry about everything. 21 posts since11 Jun 2020 Thank you for your answer! It makes me feel a little better knowing that I am not the only feeling like this, although not from us I should have to feel like this! I haven't had any pain particularly different from the strange cramp and so I know I haven't lost weight, but I've been swollen enough, but I'm sure that's even constipation. Like you, all my blood has become normal only my stool sample with calprotectin but according to my last GP I spoke to my stool has never been tested for hidden blood when I thought I had so he sent me to a panic thinking well what if there was hidden blood but trying to think positively and remember that my blood didn't show anemia as probably not as bad as I think. I read your answer to the other lady and my stools have also become thinner and narrow since I've been in a feces sink maybe that's just what happens even if they don't advertise that? Keep me informed about how to make 26 publications since12 Apr 2020 It is good to talk to others about it as it makes us feel less isolated and alone with our thoughts I suppose. It's good that you don't have pain and also clear blood tests that can tell a lot about blood tests. My GP ordered so many irons that it's reassuring that they were good too. I wish I had a stool sample for me. If they didn't test hidden blood, I wonder if that was because your blood tests were okay? I can understand what if the feelings, even though I have had all the senses of which since March of this year and I'm totally overwhelmed now. I just wish I put the remission and could offer some mind. The GP that exaume is not my usual chc that has to recommend to my usual that they refer to me. I think I'm gonna call my usual morning to make sure the remission has been filed as there might be a lot of waiting right now. Have you got a date for yours yet? Yeah? That's good to hear while I really started to scare myself this week when they suddenly started looking at thin pencil and, of course, that put me in meltdown again. Maybe it's something that makes a stool sink. The GP doesn't seem concerned about that and I feel like I'm being brushed if that makes sense? Wait for the positives. Your blood tests are fine and the levels are decreasing. 21 posts since11 Jun 2020 HiYes my feces have been narrow and thin for a while (I've been in stool and laxative softeners for months) so if you're having the same thing maybe it's normal? It's definitely good to talk to other people who are support is not like some people who don't have these symptoms don't understand how terrifying it can be! If you want a stool test, could I demand one maybe? Did my GP do it as a routine with the blood you should offer? The only reason I didn't remake mine to check for blood is because when I referred in April they said that I had an anal fissure so if they remake that now blood will show no matter why it wouldn't be a real measure of it... all I know is that they were tested for parasites and infections and some other things I forget the name of now and assumed that the hidden blood was there but apparently not! I hear you on the thing that I had to go to the GP about 6 times since January to get my reference to the GP that referenced me was not my usual but he was amazing and thorough.... I still have no appointment but I called my surgery the other day for something and the secretary said she's going to pursue my remission for me and if I haven't heard in a few weeks to call her back and she's gonna get it. Like you, now I just want some answers so you can find a game plan to treat this I'm so sick now! I'm also meant to start a new job soon so I'm praying I can have an appt soon so I won't have to ask for free time in a new job. I'll try to keep the positives and do the same as all your blood is fine and we're still working and we're able to take care of our beautiful babies! I have a DD that has 9.26 publications since12 Apr 2020Yes, it's definitely good as you said it's support. I feel like I'm driving my partner, friends and family always angry about it and worried about it. They haven't had symptoms like this, so don't understand. We have a history of intestine cancer in the family so I care so much. I'm not sure they'd make one like me get rectal bleeding from the piles so that that would appear blood anyway wouldn't. I'm going to ask though as the guy I saw on Friday mentioned it to me, but I wasn't sure if they would look at it because of the risk of COVID in the feces. I'll ask my normal GP when I call tomorrow. I have had to literally call most of the weeks now and I only had phone appointments non-good Interpretation when I can see the batteries physically and need a test. I've only been given a test since they don't want to bring people. In March, when my blood tests were done, I had high levels of bilirubin and severe vitamin D deficiency. I felt so dizzy weak and desperate at the time. The scan of the lower abdomen was an emergency reference and still had to wait a month for COVID. Very nervous, but as I said everything was fine and I was very happy with my scan results. Then I did what I thought such because the only thing that the lower abdomen scanner doesn't look at is the intestine and of course with my batteries getting worse I went straight to the worst scenario of the case. I feel dizzy again now but I'm in a smaller dose of vitamin D that might be why. I hope they manage to follow your referral, maybe call the hospital directly also to make sure they got it? It makes you go down, it doesn't. Stay strong for your girl and let me know if you hear anything about your reference. I have a son 6 and a daughter 2.21 posts since11 Jun 2020Hello I know that feeling my mother says I'm driving her crazy! But being a single mother I don't have anyone to talk to about it so I need to release stress somewhere! Yes, if you need to be seen then push for it, I was seen in April after pushing for a while and was very surreal but definitely capable! The results of the exploration are clear is a good sign of scans are quite good to collect things that I had a scan a few years ago that collected gallstone calculations that are obviously inside the gallstones so I would try not to worry too much! But I know it's easier to say than to do it and I'm the same always jumping to the worst conclusion and waiting for the worst! Maybe it's our way of protecting us in case God doesn't want us to have the worst news? I don't know. I'm not sure which hospital I've been referred to as your two where I live I'll have to ask in the surgery if I have to call back to see if they know. Keep me informed about you and how you take I'm just a message away 26 posts since12 Apr 2020The same thing to keep me updated and I'm always a message away as well as 138 publications from29 Mar 2020 and I hope you don't mind interrupting me while I'm in the same situation and so worried that I can barely concentrate on anything else. I've had regular bright red bleeding for a year and I always thought they were lots, but when it started to happen regularly I was worried about the doctors who called me for a sigmoidoscopy and then Covid happened and then I got pregnant. Now I'm 12 weeks old and I'm watching brown color stools and I know this isn't good as the bright red you see maroon means fear, this has thrown my anxiety level at 100. I'm afraid it's something serious and now that I'm pregnant I wonder if you can even do a camera test. 2 posts since13 Jun 2020 Sigmoidoscopia that is done on Thursday 25 however no bowel or sedation prep because I am pregnant and bleeding from the intestine.
